Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data we collect on rmly.app, what we use it for and what rights you have. Right now the website only collects the email of people who join the waitlist.
1. Data controller
Controller: Fátima Bonmatí Sempere, owner of the RMLY project.
Location: Elche (Alicante), Spain.
Contact: hello@rmly.app.
2. What data we collect
Your email address and the language you sign up in, when you join the waitlist.
The date and time you confirm your email, which our email provider keeps as proof of your consent.
We don't ask for your name or any other data, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
3. What we use it for
To manage the waitlist: confirm your email, let you know when it's your turn to access RMLY, and send you news about the launch and founding athlete benefits.
We don't sell your data or use it for anything other than what is described here.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form and confirm your email (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.
5. How long we keep it
While the waitlist is active and for no longer than 12 months after RMLY launches, unless you unsubscribe earlier. If you unsubscribe, we remove your email from the list.
6. Who we share it with
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which we use to manage the list and send the emails. It processes the data on our behalf and within the European Union.
The website's hosting provider, which processes the technical data needed for the page to work.
We don't transfer your data outside the European Economic Area ourselves. If a provider did, it would be under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hello@rmly.app.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
8. Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to join the waitlist.
9. Local storage
The website stores the language you choose (English or Spanish) in your browser to remember it on your next visit. It is not a tracking cookie and it never leaves your device.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, for example when the app launches, we'll publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know by email.
